NIH proudly announces that its Project IDSRS has got the recognition of success from the IANPHI

The National Institutes of Health proudly announces that its Project “Development of Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response System (IDSRS)” with Public Health Laboratories Network (PHLN) and Workforce Development for the transition of Field Epidemiology & Laboratory Training Program (FELTP)” has been approved through Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) of Planning Commission, Government of Pakistan. This initiative to strengthen the surveillance system including public health laboratories network and workforce strengthening has got the recognition of success from the International Association of National Public Health Institutes (IANPHI).
The annual meeting of IANPH was held 1-3 December 2021. During the meeting, IANPHI’s Recognition of Success initiative highlighted a selection of outstanding projects led by IANPHI member institutes. From IANPHI Asia Regional Network, IDSRS project of NIH Pakistan was selected as a significant program of the region.
