handbook on “Good Clinical Laboratory Practices in Pakistan” has been launched

Pakistan Academy of Sciences (PAS) in collaboration with U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) has launched a handbook on “Good Clinical Laboratory Practices in Pakistan”. The Handbook is intended to serve as an informational guide for clinical laboratories in order to improve the standards under one health concept and especially concentrates on missing elements in curricula in the life sciences. Promotion of best laboratory practices and communication among the laboratories are mandatory to enhance disease surveillance and to help establish the relationships that keep experts engaged with the international community of responsible practitioners working for the public good.
The book now available from National Institute of Health at minimal price of Rs 1500.
