The Administration and Training Division deals with the administrative and technical matters of the huge complex of the National Institute of Health, Islamabad and is responsible for the supervision of Workshop Sub-Division, Estate and Management Section, Research & Development Cell, General Administration and Establishment, Central Library, M.I. Unit, Transport and Security Section.
This Division keeps technical and administrative liaison with the divisions of NIH. It evaluates, scrutinizes and coordinates the scientific and research activities. This Division also deals with cases of officers / staff regarding promotion, up- gradation, posting, transfers, deputation, creation of posts and their conditions of appointment, seniority and confirmation and pension etc. This division arranges the meetings of the Board of Governors and prepares items of agenda and implements the decision of the Board of Governors. This division is also responsible for all secret and confidential documents, maintenance of ACR's of all personnel. Director Administration is head of the division who is assisted by Deputy Director Administration, Administrative Officer and other supporting staff. Organization
